When we opened Something Olde Something New in 2004, we really weren’t sure what we were doing. Seemed like a good idea at the time. After all these years, I am amazed at how much the store has changed. It started as just a consignment store and now has grown to include new items and décor, interior design, window treatments, faux painting and more.
The store has a great mix that I can almost promise you will fall in love with something.
Even more important than that, we have changed. Our sons are grown with families of their own, they all three served their country proudly, as well as Angella with two sons active duty. We have met and loved new friends (I can’t call them clients, they are more than that.) We have celebrated with them and mourned for them.
I guess you can say Life happened to us all and we have now learned to put things into prospective. We are kind of a combination of Seinfeld and Cheers. It’s a store about fun and laughter and where everyone knows your name and is happy to see you.
